One on one training
WITH BAsh
One on one private classes are the best way to learn Muay Thai as you get full attention of the coach. Classes generally last about 1 hour and focus stretching, balance, core strength, fight principles and pad and bag work.
We can be very flexible with the times you wish to train.
Group Training
WITH Bash & team
We tend to keep group classes smaller than most Muay Thai Gyms as we don’t want to neglect anyone, thus giving everyone in the class some quality time so you can get the most out of the session. think of it as a one one with a few more additional people involved.

Free Gym

If you are training Muay Thai with Bash & Team at Hug Gym, you can use all the facilities at Hug Gym including weight training and cardiovascular equipment. You can also use the Muay Thai area as long as you do not disrupt classes.

Bash began training Muay Thai at the age of 6 year old, his first fight Muay Thai Fight 3 years later at the age of 9. Bash has had A total of 195 fights, 150 wins, 35 losses & 10 draws. 18 years ago Bash worked as a teacher at Lampang Institute of Physical Education (which is now the National Sports University) And the Institute of Physical Education Chiang Mai (ongoing) and is now the Current Manager at Hug Muay Thai.
-2002 118 lbs Muay Thai Champion Omm-Noi Stadium on channel 3.
-Muay Thai Champion at 100 lbs North Siamese boxing from the year 1996-1998.
